V.1. The labourer declares to have received from the employer an amount

8.1. The deductions made on account of these and other advances and for
payments made on behalf of the labourer by the employer may not exceed
one fifth of what is due to the labourer for wages during the past
month or for work completed on day-task or on piece-work and not more than one fifth of the wages earned on contract-work, with the proviso
that taxes not yet paid by the labourer at the expiration of the
contract may be deducted in full.
3.2. The labourer is responsible for the tools, implements and materials
furnished to him for the execution of the work assigned to him. If he loses same or if the same go astray through his fault, then the value of same is deducted from his wages, with observance of what has been stipulated in this regard in this article sub: 2.
4.3. The employer binds himself to keep the labourer informed once a
month about the position of his account by posting explicit lists to
that effect on or near his house.
VI.1. The employer cannot claim work from the labourer on the following
